Confused.

I went to the er the other day and they took a urine culture. Well this morning I got an important email telling me to look at my results. When I did this popped up. Does anybody know what this means? I made an appointment with my doctor for tomorrow afternoon. I was just a little curious if anybody knew what this meant. TIA.
