FTM’s when did your milk come in? I’m on day 3 and still only have colostrum. Thanks!

Mine came in fully at 4 days postpartum.

Mine came in on the morning of day 3. I had her on the boob constantly to try and stimulate production beforehand. I also drink coconut water once a day, which has been a lifesaver when it comes to milk supply!

It’s usually between day 3 to 5. Breastfeeding more often at first can help with the milk.

I'm on day 5 and it is still transitioning but not fully in. I was getting worried but the lactation consultant said it was normal to start getting more milky each day but it is still yellow. Hope that helps! She also said having collostrom is a good sign milk I coming. Are you breastfeeding or pumping it? That will also signal for your body to make more.

I was the same way then in 24 hours my milk came in full force on day 3-4. I noticed when I got engorgement bad. If that happens to you use warm packs or heating pads before feeding and massage to help. I had a rough 24 hours until I did those things to help comfort me when my milk came in
