Bumps on vag. Help?

Question

Hey all. I have hpv genital warts (in the pic, the whitish bumpy ones circled in pink). But I also have those small round bumps (circled in yellow). I've seen the doc and they didn't mention those ones at all. I hadn't noticed so I didn't ask. They aren't itchy, and I've had a full STI check which negative for everything.  Does anyone recognize these?

Hi my love those to me look like genital warts for sure! The reason why the doctor hadn’t mentioned it before is because they probably weren’t there I know that when you are touching that area alot the genital warts do multiply very quickly￼ so I will go back to the doctor and ask for freezing or the cream it’s called immiqumod  to get rid of them
