Due to problems with my blood pressure (too high) I am not allowed to take a combined pill, which I have been using for almost 4 years.

I can’t imagine being on a mini pill as your bleeding is irregular or disappears completely. This scenario is just a no for me.

I’m particularly fussy with contraception and I don’t want anything inserted my vagina as I am scared it would somehow damage/expire/fall out. I know these are very rare cases but I can’t see myself being comfortable with these.

Therefore I have decided to ditch hormones and use condoms during sex.

Has any of you decided to do it?

What are your experiences?

I’m super terrified of irregular bleeds as getting pregnant is literally my biggest life fear.
