Vitamins for conceiving?

Anyone taking vitamins to help conceive? I NEED this month to be my month. Or should I just use the prenatals I have leftover from my chemical? I’m going to be trying preseed and anything else I think will help.

I just had a chemical and I’m 10 dpo and I have a vvvfl. I am taking prenatals, folic acid, maca root, and vitamin c. I also drink wild raspberry leave tea

I took vitex. Both times i took it after a miscarriage and conceived in 3 months or less. 
 It’s more of a natural supplement though.

Geritol vitamins helped me get pregnant the second time. It’s not known for fertility boost but for some reason, I’ve read a lot of reviews how it helps women get pregnant.
