Yes, but not in the sense that it’s magic and you just have to wish it and it happens.
You can’t just “manifest” someone to love you, or to get an ex back, or to make money without doing anything and just sit back and wait for it to happen. You have to put in work for things to happen.

Absolutely not. It's ridiculous. 
It's basically like believing in astrology or magic. It is something unprovable. It's the modern snake oil. I hate it.

Not really. I do believe that when you put more energy focusing on a goal that you tend to put more work into “manifesting” that. I don’t think I can sit next wish for something and it will come to me. Pretty sure if that is how it happened there would be children in better living situations, clean water, parents able to feed their children...

Yes to an extent. My great aunt “manifests” she will get her drivers license in the mail yet she doesn’t want to learn how to drive or take the driving test. I don’t think it works that way.
