Hi! Any gd mamas that didn’t manage to breastfeed?

My midwife told me to start expressing and keeping the colostrum from 36 weeks to take it with me to the hospital.but the thing is I don’t have colostrum and I know that many women don’t before giving birth.but yesterday I told it to my doctor and she was really surprised I don’t have any and said to me that most of the times women with gd are not being able to breastfeed because gd cause low milk supply...all my worries of gd and sciatic pain is not enough,now I have to worry if I will be able to breastfeed also????
