So a few weeks ago I had to get an emergency order of protection against my ex who is also the father of my unbornchild I then had to go back to court to get the 2 year I could not afford a lawyer and when I went back to court I was denied because the judge said I'm pregnant hes the father and we need to work it out for the child. I had posted a post a while ago about this but whatever any who today I come home from work and he had broken through a window in my back bedroom to grab some of his belongings he still had in my house he is not lived here in this house for a month if not more.. So I called the police to report it they basically told me it is a civil matter seeing as how he broke in but Used to live here and he took my ultrasound photos all of them I had in the house of my child and police told me that because hes the father that there just as much his and he also took the modem for the Internet and the power cord to my TV but it's a civil matter and they can't do anything about it and they can't do anything about him breaking in through the back window even though I had an emergency order protection at 1 point and change the Locks and that's why he had to break in. But since I was denied a 2 year order of protection there was nothing they could do as police officers I am so frustrated annoyed mad angry sad all of the above I don't even know what to do anymore he is abusive pushed me shoved me thrown things at me punched holes in my walls threatened me threatened the unborn child told he wished i had a miscarriage told me to have an abortion just a horrible horrible human being and I am just so at a loss for words right now And I can't even watch TV to get my mind off things because he took the stuff to do so so I guess I'm going to read a book.
