How do you go upon telling YOURE fiancé he needs to start helping at night with the baby ?

I get he works 6-7 but he’s never home to help me with 3 kids .. after he eats he showers n goes to sleep while I’m home all day with the kids and up all night feeding him and putting baby to sleep . 😞 his look on it is until I start working don’t ask for help because he’s tired . Well tbh I’ve worked took care of my kids and still had no choice . Why does he get a choice? It makes me upset😭 tooo the point I feel like I should be single because he sees no problem.
