Bending over
This may seem like a silly question but is it ok to bend over in early pregnancy? I usually bend over carefully but I dropped something and quickly bent over to grab it without thinking and got a bit worried.
Just a bend at the waste but squashed my tummy a little and got a bit dizzy.
