soooo steak dinner?

so like me and my husband were talking about our valentine’s day plans and i suggested our favorite restaurant but i forgot we always get steaks from there lol but ever since i said it i can’t stop craving it
is it rlly that bad to eat a medium rare steak once in my whole pregnancy? lmao

I eat it or will have it medium. I say eat it if you’ve never been sick from there. I can’t eat steak well done and I love steak so I still eat it

I eat rare steaks almost 4 times a week :) I’m low carbing it for my sugars and I ate rare before pregnancy so it’s my go to but now I’m craving it and eat it the most for dinners ... :) yum yum it’s a personal choice in the end I’m on baby number 4 and have ate sushi and rare meat and lunch meats with all so far and nothing f had happened yet for me
