Can any mommas who have any knowledge about this help me out? We never let anyone kiss my baby’s face but a couple of days ago this little bump above his lip appeared. At first I thought it was just irritation from his pacifier or bottle but I truly think he has a cold sore and it’s freaking me out. I took him to the Pediatrician yesterday for his two month checkup and his Pediatrician said it just looks like irritation to him and to keep an eye on it. But I woke up about an hour ago to feed him and this is what it looks like. In my opinion it’s getting worse. He said it didn’t look like a cold sore because of the placement of it. I’ll attach a picture of how it started verses what it looks like now. In the second picture the little white dot to the side of the sore is milk not another sore.
