Trying not to worry.

I’m 14 weeks pregnant, and since yesterday I’ve been having this pain on my left side above my hip bone(not abdomen, not RLP) it feels like I’ve been hit hard or like I ran j to a corner, it’s really sore and the pain just started randomly yesterday afternoon and it bothered me all night. Today I’m having that pain and it feels like period cramps and lower back pain. I don’t want to go to the hospital, I have a dr appt on Wednesday. But I’m starting to worry.
