I could use some good vibes!

On 1/27 I had my first appointment measuring 6w2d. Only found gestational and yolk sac. Did a beta hcg check that day and came back two days later for another. My levels the day of the appointment were in the 27,000 range and had dropped to the 22,000 range. I’m very worried because I know this can indicate the process of a miscarriage.

But my next sonogram is in 4 days to confirm what’s going on. I’ve had no symptoms of a miscarriage but continue to have pregnancy symptoms on and off.

Really just want some good vibes/prayers sent my way! I’m hoping for the best but also preparing for the worst..
