Any ultrasound technicians that can help me?

I have video of the scan I had on 11 weeks 4 days of pregnancy and so I was wondering if any technician could pick up the gender of my baby  from that video?

Do you know if they went over the potty shot ... I took a video of my babies scan and my doc went over the potty shot perfect and it was obvious :) here’s my 10.6 scan and a screenshot from my video

I don’t think techs are legally about to tell you gender but maybe I’m wrong
