I think I'm having a second chemical at 4 weeks after doing a few tests and now bleeding.

I had a early miscarriage on 4th Jan just a month ago and we got pregnant again.

I'm just wondering whether to wait a while next time if it means we will have a successful pregnancy or try again?

Is it just coincidence this has happened again or is it because we didn't wait and give my body time to rest? Obviously desperate to get pregnant but I want it to stick so I don't have to go through this heartbreak again.
