Does low vitamin d cause recurring bacterial vaginosis?

My blood work came back. They said I had low vitamin d. I was wondering if low vitamin d has been causing all of my problems, like recurring bacterial vaginosis, PCOS, irregular periods and so on.
These doctors nurses doesn't say much over the phone when you ask them questions, and it takes a while to get an appointment to see a doctor to ask those questions. 
It's so complicated! 😭

Low vitamin D levels or avitaminosis D has been found to be linked to multiple conditions.
These include skeletal diseases like osteoporosis, certain cancers, cardiovascular disease, autoimmune diseases, PCOS, multiple sclerosis, infections, inflammatory bowel diseases, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, psychological disorders, cognitive disorders, obesity, and/or mortality. 
PCOS for certain has been found to be associated with low vitamin D levels. Since you have low vitamin D levels, let's work on getting your levels up. 
Consider 
1. Spend time in sunlight. Vitamin D is often referred to as “the sunshine vitamin” because the sun is one of the best sources of this nutrient. 
2. Consume fatty fish and seafood. 
3. Eat more mushrooms. 
4. Include egg yolks in your diet. 
5. Eat fortified foods.  
6. Take a supplement - vitamin D3.
If you want to take a supplement, consult your GP on the correct dosage of supplementation that you need.

Like someone else recommended, please make sure to take vitamin k as well. I have vitamin deficiency and for vitamin D to be properly absorbed you need to have vitamin k (dark leafy greens) in your diet as well. If you have bee taking vitamins and still have problems you could have an issues with how your body absorbs them. Switching to a liquid form or getting a shot would be able to help your body metabolize them better. Hope it helps💖

Low vitamin D can weaken your immune system and make you more prone to a lot of conditions. You should spend more time outside and take a vit D + k2 supplement. Also you shouls take a high quality probiotic and maybe insert one vaginally once in a while. Eat healthy, avoid refined sugars and grains cuz they feed the bad bacteria and drink tons of water. Make sure you sweat and poop everyday to eliminate toxins.
