My doctors are very quick with me and don’t seem to care if I have any questions & today I asked if I can have delayed cord clamping for my c section (read countless articles about how you CAN with a c section) but he just said no. He said something about the nurse being the only one that can touch baby and something about keeping everything “sterile”. I couldn’t understand his accent well... he’s not even the doctor that will be doing it so I’m planning on demanding it when I go in for it in a couple days. Anyone have experience with delayed cord clamping with a c section??
