I’m a few days late for my period. Just had a missed miscarriage in October. I did a urine strip test yesterday and had a faint line. Then last night I started lightly bleeding with some clots, but it stopped. This morning took another strip test and line appeared darker. Went to the pharmacy and got two different tests that are positive, but I’m getting blood when I wipe again and some small bits of tissue. The blood is red - not what I would think implantation would be. Anyone have bleeding/clots early on and have the pregnancy be fine? I’m assuming a chemical at this point. Is there anything they could do? I’m not sure whether to go to an urgent care, call the on call doc, or just wait to talk to my OB on Monday if there is nothing they can do at this point...
