Can you have symptoms as early as 3DPO? Such as heightened smell or sore nipples?

No, you cannot, as you aren’t even pregnant yet at only 3DPO. Progesterone rises and is the dominant hormone after ovulation. It’s the cause of most of our TWW symptoms.
