Please help. I have a copper IUD, my period’s late by five days. Yesterday, I started feeling very weak and had to rest the entire day because of how weak I felt. Then in the evening, I started getting these stabbing pains, and lower back pain/lower belly tenderness, and when I checked the pad I was wearing, it had like a watery liquid and some string-like tissue.

Today, I’ve been feeling weak still and overwhelmingly sad, and I don’t even know why. I have no bleeding (like from my period or something else), just that kinda pink-watery liquid and more tissue. Could this possibly be a miscarriage? Thanks to anyone who took the time to read.
