Mirena removal, when to start tracking periods.

Hi so I have had my iud for 2.5 years and recently had it removed 4th feb. I’ve had some cramping and spotting since but nothing heavy. My periods pretty much stopped during the time I had it in and if I ever bled there was no pattern and some very light spotting.

I’m wondering how long it normally takes to get back into a proper cycle and get a normal period again?

Also when do my hormones go back to normal?
