I started AF today. 😢 I decided last cycle that I wanted to really try to figure out my body.. doctors say my fertility tests are normal but I’m still curious about when I ovulate exactly so I’m testing lh everyday with opks. But I’m already confused.. are lh levels kinda high during AF? I use multiple brands like easy@home, femometer, pregmate, Amazon off brand, pregable, proov, and even modern fertility app says I’m surging.. like wtf? Someone hellppp.
