Increase spitting up

Since yesterday my recently five month old has been spitting up an increased amount. She’s happy when she’s doing it and does not show any discomfort. She also just had two teeth break through. If I can remember correctly as long as baby is happy and gaining weight it’s no cause for concern, correct?
