Reoccurring miscarriage help
Long story short I’ve had 3 miscarriages at 7 weeks, 10 weeks, and a missed miscarriage at 14 weeks(baby measured 11 weeks 2 days). When I was pregnant with the last my tsh levels were checked for the first time at 10-11 weeks and they came back high and I was diagnosed with subclinical hypothyroidism. Since then I was put on levothyroxine but RE says he doesn’t think that’s the cause to my miscarriages bc my tsh wasn’t 20+, they were 6.50. I’ve gotten checked to see if I have a blood clotting disorder, everything came back normal except my anticardiolipin IGM came back a low positive. I have my repeat for that scheduled next week but my reproductive endocrinologist said he thinks that’s going to come back normal. My husband and I have both gotten karyotyping done and they were normal. When my next cycle begins I will be getting my LH FSH E2 AMH and TSH checked. They are also going to perform a hsg.
He told me he thinks everything will come back normal. He also told me that even though it may seem too high of a percentage he believes that if I were to get pregnant again that I have a 60% chance of carrying to term. He told me that with patients with unexplained reoccurring miscarriages it may come down to genetics that something wrong happens in the baby’s genetics that doesn’t allow it to grow to term.
I am looking for some insight if you have experienced reoccurring miscarriages. Were you ever able to carry to term? What did the drs tell you? Any advice is welcomed.
