does the baby’s mother have all rights to the baby if the parents aren’t married even if the baby has fathers last name? i want to leave bc i’ve been completely pushed to my breaking point and i tried to but he wouldn’t let me and said i’m not taking our son anywhere and when i said he’s legally mine he laughed and said okay and threatened to “knock me out” if i tried to take him and said he would take me to court and rubbed it in my face that i’m on state assistance and tried to make it seem like i was incapable of taking care of him.....i feel so trapped and helpless
