There’s always a chance but after heart beat it goes down to less than 1%. Also it decreases every week. Most common is the 6 week, goes down at 8, and then again at 12! Hard not to worry but remember odds are in your favor you will carry a healthy baby to term :)

It’s a missed miscarriage if you see the heart beat and then don’t at the next scan. It unfortunately does happen and your body won’t show signs of miscarriage. Each week your risk of miscarrying goes down but there’s always a chance in the first trimester.

Low chances go down after 14w, i had a threaten miscarry at 13w, (o went ER etc, i think with any severe bleeding they just call it as threaten miscarry). Im currently now 22w1d with my first son after having 2 girls.
