I'm terrified

Hi guys, I'm so scared please help.

So I'm 4 weeks+1 pregnant and I was laying on my stomach on my phone and my 30+ pound toddler cannonballed onto my lower back.

I'm freaking out that it hurt the baby and can cause miscarriage.

Please help, anyone experience something like this and had a normal pregnancy???? 😢.
