Milia spots on eyelid

How to remove them? Home remedies? I read that they go away on their own most of the time, but I’ve had them for about 6 months now.

Eyelids are the thinest skin on the body and when Milia forms on the lids, you can't extract them as usual from home *using a lancet*. You should consult with a dermatologist to see what they recommend. Milia elsewhere can easily be extracted but the eyelids and under eyes are very tricky and shouldn't be messed with without a dermatologists recommendations.
