Endometriosis

Any women experience this? What’s it like? How could you tell you had it? I had a friend tell me it sounded like I symptoms of it. This may be tmi but sometimes sex is painful depending on position and depth. And it hurt to use the bathroom after my period but it was in my abdominal area like my upper region of my bladder or cervix. I didn’t ever think it was anything out of the ordinary honestly. I have my yearly next week but I just wanted to know from y’all too what it’s like for you
