This weight loss bad?

I managed to lose 11.5lbs in 16 days I’m 5’5 1/2 and my beginning weight was 162.5lbs.. did I lose weight too quickly?

I’ve been taking in less calories and smaller portions (I don’t eat like I used too), plus I’ve been walking/jogging everyday as well as 25min workout compared to me laying in bed all day before the change..

Was this weight loss okay or was it too quick.. or maybe it’s just how my body loses weight easy? (This is my first ever weight loss journey and diet so idk how my body works for this)
