Yes, because uti’s need antibiotics to be cured. That said, due to Covid, some doctors may just call u in a prescription without making u come in for an appointment. But, either way, u definitely need to call them for proper treatment.

Try drinking a crap ton of cranberry juice and orange juice. Usually that will fix me if I start early enough. I’d say if it keeps getting worse or you have it more than 3 days yes you’ll need to go in.
