I noticed the tiniest amount of spotting about an hour ago, I have had a couple contractions today but nothing near consistent, and my belly feels extremely heavy. Baby is still moving per her usual movements. I am at the end of my pregnancy- doctors gave me the okay for labor but I haven’t been trying to induce labor just letting my body do it’s thing. If anyone has any experienced this, when did labor actually begin?
