Only answer if you’ve given birth before please. I’ve had constant really intense back pain and cramping for a few hours now with some occasional contractions. Could this be the start of labor? Did anyone else experience this? If so how did you labor progress and when did you go to the hospital? It hurts so badly I can’t sleep but the contractions aren’t really consistent yet. But the back pains and cramps wont let up for even a second.

Update: Turns out I was in labor and already dilated to a 4. We had our baby boy safely last night. Thanks all!
