Digital OPK

Please help so I got this Clearblue digital monitor and was super excited to try. My period ended on 2/6 and it had me start testing on Sunday 2/7. I do the test (this morning) and got this. Does this mean it's time? Or do I have to wait for it to peak? I also use the easy@home and it still says low. I'm so confused
