Trying to figure out what day to set my cycle date!
I was spotting all day yesterday. My obgyn doctor said more than likely it's the start of your period. This morning I have heavy flow,so which day is considered my first day of menstrual cycle? I try to keep up dates on the apps,but I also write them down on paper.
