i’m almost 12 weeks pregnant and i still haven’t been able to find babies heartbeat on the doppler. it’s hard to hear the heartbeat even with an ultrasound that early. it’s safe, but don’t recommend trying until later in your pregnancy. you’re just gonna hear your own heartbeat

It would be safe, however you won’t find a heartbeat that early. My doctor doesn’t have anybody come in until 7 weeks since you usually don’t see a heart beat much earlier than that.  My doctors office even does a 12 week ultrasound because they have so much trouble with a Doppler at that size.  I was able to pick up one at home around 12 weeks but it took about
