Hey soooo
Ok sometimes when it’s the almost aunt flow month again I get these really bad terrible back pains to the point I can’t even get out the bed it’s the worst feeling ever my sister said the only way if the pain stops if you do some yoga back stretches I did that before but a couple hours later the pain came right back so iwanna know what else can I do to ease my back pain cause this shit is really getting on my nerves
