Note: before you read below, know I have struggled with secondary infertility ttc my third a year ago. I am almost 37 and was planning on giving it one last shot, and see if we’ll be blessed w a little one this last try.

Hi! I’d love to hear from anyone who is a freelancer or entrepreneuar and they are currently on theverge of their careers taking off? Are you back and forth with baby or career? Specifically those that already have two kids.

My situation - we have two boys (6 and 9). I have been freelancing since my first was born. Since then, I have really built up my portfolio. I have had clients from all over the world. I do media, content strategy, and design services.

I am now re-branding my site to start my own outsourcing company. Basically, since I have a pool of reputable clients, I would hire others on my terms for those clients’ jobs. I would of course pay the hires, but I’d collect a small percentage for each job. This would allow me to still further my career, but have more time to be a parent, while still making money. Will my plan be successful? I don’t know. But I wish I knew bc I keep going back and forth about having a third, and the only thing holding me back is not knowing if my outsourcing idea will work.
