Ideas on Valentine's day dinner at home?

I have wished for a fancy homemade dinner at home for Valentine's day, do you have any ideas on what to make? My husband is a chef, so that's a bonus!

My spouse and I enjoy steak, lobster, shrimp, some kind of bread and pasta, a veggies like asparagus and usually a dessert. 🙂

I do braised short ribs with demi, silky smooth mashed potatoes, and usually garlic haricot verts. Nothing super fancy, but it’s the thing I made the first Valentine’s we were together after we both worked all day (in restaurants) and it’s become tradition.
