Food prep favorites
So I went to the doctor today and my covid weight was a real concern. I went from a very physical job to a desk job, and I gained 50 pounds in a year, when I already needed to lose at least 20. So my doctor wants me to try to lose 70 pounds, but we both agreed on baby steps and sustainable choices. No keto or anything like that. I get obsessive about calories though so I'm wanting to meal prep on weekends and have my number obsession be on one day, and then the rest of the week I just grab a proportioned meal and not think about it. I have some tried and true recipes, but I would love to get some new ones to add into my rotation. Does anyone have anything they love? (I also am starting with a few days a week on my new treadmill and going up from there)
