So to start off... I already know I’m big, my pre pregnancy weight was 195 and I stayed at 198 all the way through the middle of my second trimester. I started emotionally eating when I looked at my patient portal and read the notes by the doctor. Only ONE doctor has said with every single appointment “obesity complicating pregnancy” I finally asked her today (I am now at 228lbs) “so my is my weight ok? Are there complications?” And she responds with a “no but I wouldn’t want you to gain 10 more pounds” so now she wrote the my obesity is “affecting” my pregnancy. Am I missing something? I am over reacting?
