Weight gain

I’m feeling very down about this! I weighed myself (I know worst mistake ever & I also ate about 2 hours ago) and I weigh 185.4lbs. I’m going to check in the morning when I first wake up. Last week at our appointment on the 4th I weighed 172. I feel like I’m rapidly gaining too much weight. I’m always HUNGRY. I’m 33w 6d. I can tell I have some water retention as I’m swollen as all get out from my shins down as well as my hands. I started out at pre pregnancy weight at 139lbs, so I’ve gained about 46lbs. Is this normal? How much more am I supposed to gain? I feel so self conscious about it and I can tell it’s starting to make me uncomfortable with how much weight I’ve gained. 😰
