So I work in OB/GYN research and I am well aware of how common early pregnancy loss is. At 8 weeks pregnant, I knew not to start celebrating just yet.

Well today I had my first Ultrasound. Low and behold, our sweet little blueberry had no heart beat 😣 I would've been more okay with early bleeding and finding out on my own, but going in and having an ultrasound done, laying on that table...in silence. 💔 THE WORST.

Then to be sat in another room, to have a lady tell me she didn't want to have to tell me this....

I said, "the baby has no heartbeat"

She shook her head.

All I can say, THE WORST. Plus, it was suppose to be an early birthday present for my husband and I since my birthday is tomorrow. We've concluded that February is just not a good month for us.😭
