How much solids does your baby eat in 1 sitting? How many times a day?

My 9 month old never seems full. I usually stop feeding her after a few tablespoons because idk if it's too much. She got constipated once and I felt so bad, I dont want it to happen again

My son eats all day long lmao. He eats everything for dinner he can eat half a yogurt couple bites of spaghetti(or whatever main dish it is) and some fruit. I’ll cut up an orange( he loves them), cucumbers, bell peppers carrot sticks and so many more.
