Hi ladies!

I need your opinions please.. I went to my first doctor’s appt last friday and the doctor did not even give me a due date nor how many weeks I am... he just kept saying: “its too early” and did not even tried to listen to a heartbeat.. ( I do not like this dr at all) according to my last cycle I was supposed to be around 9 weeks that day... Could this be an empty sac??.. I know I could ovulated later but I got my first positive test on Jan 16th.. so by that time I was at least 3 weeks already.. Any thoughts on these images??..
