Yes it’s very normal! High progesterone can result in slight uterine cramping. It can also slow down digestion, resulting in constipation and gas. If passing gas or going number 2 relieves the cramps, that’s probably all it is! As long as you’re not spotting/bleeding, it’s nothing to worry about. 🥰
