I have terrible acne right now 6 weeks postpartum in my chin, neck, ears, shoulders and back! Never had acne this bad before! Any recommendations??

I took Spironolactone (it’s not otc; it’s a prescription) if you aren’t trying to conceive it’s fine. I would talk to your doctor! It cleared my skin up completely in 2 months.

Please try the niacinimide solution, I spent a ton of money on strong medication for my hormonal acne but it did not help at all. The Niacinimide worked so good and I would recommend it to anyone who is going through the same.
