How to stop bed wetting?

My boyfriends brother lives with us he’s 13 and he still wets the bed he’s got a bladder problem how do we manage the bed wetting any advice will be helpful!!

Take him to the doctor to get checked out with a specialist. Ask them about bladder training, pelvic floor exercises and possible medications. Bed wetting at this age can be a sign of medical issues, stress, etc.

Also, try eliminating drinks  before bedtime (maybe 30 minutes to an hour). This includes caffeine and soda. Also, before bed make sure he uses the bathroom. 
Keep a journal of what is working and not working. 
Reduce his stress and make sure he is getting enough sleep.
Bed wetting alarm that will help him wake to go to the bathroom

Has he been to a doctor? I don’t have experience- but know there is a medication that helps control the bladder depending on what the issue is.

Have you tried cutting back on drinks way before bed and make sure he uses the bathroom before sleep ?

I’d consult with his dr. And also keep in mind it can be a ptsd  symptom as well, if that’s a possibility.
