I’ve seen so many stories about TSS, tampons terrify me!! Pads or menstrual cups for sure.

I said pads but really meant tampons. Pads are hot, they smell, you feel the blood leak out, and it's like wearing a diaper. I hate the feeling of sitting in blood and overall they make me feel disgusting. I really want to try menstrual cups or discs but haven't pulled the trigger on it

Honestly,  menstrual cups / reusable pads are better than both , in my opinion. Saves money and less harm to the environment. Search your brands too , I've found the "The L company " makes great sanitary products ! All organic 🥰

I prefer tampons with a cardboard applicator. Still on the hunt for a good, organic brand. I tried a menstrual cup & selected size based upon age, but it is too large, uncomfortable, & it auctioned inside me but was barely able to release (took over 30min trying which was extremely painful & felt as though my cervix was being removed.) I would try another brand of cup again, but would not choose size based upon age.

I started wearing Tampons at 19, and only wore Tampons.
But after 10 years of Tampons, I only wear them if I have to leave the house. Otherwise I'm using pads.

I like both. I use Rael, Cora, The L Brand and Honey Pot tampons. All organic plus I change every 3-4 hours. I dont sleep in them (use overnight pads). 
If you do try it out, try an organic brand with the applicator. Dont sleep in them either. If you place it correctly, you dont feel anything. 
There are also discs and cups you can try and reusuable pads.

Personal opinion really. I don’t like wearing tampons, i was like 25 first time I used one lol so maybe if I had started using them earlier I’d Ike them better. I plan to try a cup after my period returns after this baby. Was going to after my last baby but only had 3 periods in between lol.
